ChoiceFlow subscriptions are operated and billed by AMP INTERMEDIACAO LTDA, CNPJ 66.547.208/0001-33. This page summarizes how billing works.
1. Plans
We offer monthly and annual subscription plans. The applicable price and features are displayed at checkout and within your account.
2. Payment methods
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Elo)
- Pix (instant payment, Brazil)
- Boleto bancário (when available)
3. Currency and taxes
Prices are displayed in Brazilian Reais (BRL) unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout based on your billing address.
4. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period using the saved payment method. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account settings.
5. Invoices and receipts
Receipts are emailed after every successful charge. Tax invoices (Nota Fiscal) are available on request at amplopagamento@gmail.com.
6. Failed payments
If a payment fails, we retry for up to 7 days. If the issue is not resolved, the subscription is paused and access may be limited until billing is updated.
