This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you and AMP INTERMEDIACAO LTDA and governs your use of the ChoiceFlow software.
1. License grant
Subject to your compliance with this EULA and the Terms of Service, AMP INTERMEDIACAO LTDA grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use ChoiceFlow for your own internal planning purposes.
2. Restrictions
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the software.
- You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the software.
- You may not use the software to build a competing product.
3. Updates
We may release updates, patches, and new features. The license covers all updates we make available to your account, under the same terms.
4. Ownership
ChoiceFlow software, including its code, design, and trademarks, is owned by AMP INTERMEDIACAO LTDA and protected by intellectual property laws.
5. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you breach any term. Upon termination, you must stop using the software and delete any local copies.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The software is provided "as is". The disclaimers and limitation of liability set forth in the Terms of Service apply to this EULA.
