ChoiceFlow is a software platform for planning events, dining choices, weekly routines, and post-event recovery. It does not provide medical, nutritional, legal, or financial advice and is not a substitute for professional services.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not abuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform.
- Do not upload illegal content or violate third-party rights.
- Do not resell, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
4. Subscriptions and billing

5. Intellectual property
ChoiceFlow, its content, design, and trademarks belong to AMP INTERMEDIACAO LTDA. You retain ownership of content you create inside the product.
6. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts paid by you for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Disputes will be resolved before the courts of the State of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
